Our Commitment to Justice

About Bearing Witness
Bearing Witness is a youth-led initiative dedicated to uncovering silenced histories of genocide, mass atrocities, and human rights violations. Our mission is to make these stories accessible to young people and communities through research, survivor voices, and educational resources.
By bridging academic insight with public awareness, we aim to spark remembrance, reflection, and action. From Srebrenica to Xinjiang, from Rwanda to Palestine, we bring these truths back into focus so that justice can be informed by memory.
Our Work in Action
We believe remembrance must be paired with education and action. Through research, survivor voices, and engagement, we create resources that honor the past and shape the future.
